Abandoned cart emails
Someone filled a cart and left. The abandoned cart flow sends a short reminder, then stops as soon as they order.
What the flow does
When a known shopper leaves a cart, your store sends the event to Unsolve. Within a minute the flow starts. Each email shows the products they left, with a button back to the cart.

Bigger purchases deserve more time between emails. Smaller ones can be faster.

Leave it out at first. If you add one, keep it in the last email so people do not learn to wait for it.

Every email in the flow has its own line in Reports. You see what it earned and what it cost you in unsubscribes.

Questions
Who gets an abandoned cart email?
Only shoppers whose email address your store knows, for example logged-in customers or people who filled in their email at checkout, and who agreed to receive email.
Does the flow stop when they buy?
Yes. Once the order comes in, the remaining cart emails are not sent.
Can I use fewer than three emails?
Yes. Switch off the ones you do not want. For low-priced products one or two is often enough.
Which shop systems are supported?
WooCommerce and Shopify. Other platforms come after launch.
