Getting started
How do I connect my store?
In Unsolve, choose Connect store and pick WooCommerce or Shopify. Log in to your store when asked. Customers and orders start syncing straight away.
Can I bring my existing list?
Yes. Upload a CSV file, or the export from your current email tool. Only people who agreed to receive email are imported.
Sending email
How do I make sure my emails arrive?
Connect your own domain and add the three DNS records Unsolve shows you: SPF, DKIM and DMARC. On Unsolve Hosting we set them up for you.
How many emails can I send?
Up to 12 emails per contact per month. That is more than almost any store sends, and it keeps your sender reputation healthy.
Account and billing
How do I stop?
Go to Account, then Billing, and choose Stop subscription. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for, and you can export your list first.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices are excluding VAT. Your invoice shows the VAT for your country.
