Unsolve is run by Bas Otten as a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak), Palestinastraat 300, Heerlen, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 88806642, VAT number NL004656786B80. We are responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@unsolve.io.
When you join the waitlist we store:
We do not ask for your name and we do not buy or combine data from other sources.
We use your email address for one thing: to send you one email when Unsolve is ready. We do this because you asked us to, which is your consent under article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
We keep your signup until we have sent the launch email, and for 12 months after that. If you ask us to remove it sooner, we do.
We do not sell your data. A few companies process it for us under a data processing agreement:
Elementor is based in Israel. The European Commission has decided that Israel protects personal data adequately, so that transfer needs no extra measures. Where Elementor uses providers outside the European Economic Area, its data processing agreement covers this with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
This website uses cookies. Which ones, and how to change your choice, is on our cookie page.
You can ask us to show, correct, delete or hand over your data, to limit how we use it, or to stop using it. Email hello@unsolve.io and we answer within one month. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. If the change matters for you, we tell you by email first.
