Some customers just drift off. The win-back flow checks in before they forget your shop exists.
What the flow does
The flow watches order dates from your store. When a customer has not ordered for a set period, it starts. It sends a few emails and stops as soon as they order again.
Starts when a customer goes quiet for a set period.
Shows what is new since their last order.
Stops when they place a new order.
Unsolve's default timing
01
After 90 days without an order: what is new
New products and what changed in the shop. No guilt trip.
02
Two weeks later: the favourites
Your best-known products as blocks, or products close to what they bought before.
03
Two weeks after that: one last offer
If you use a discount code anywhere, it fits here. After this, the flow lets them be.
What to change
The quiet period
Match it to how often people buy. Weeks for coffee, months for fashion, a year for furniture.
The offer
A discount is optional. Sometimes news is enough.
What happens after
People who never respond still count as contacts. Consider removing them, it keeps your list clean and your bill lower.
How it shows up in Reports
Each email has its own line. Watch unsubscribes here: they tell you if the flow is too pushy.
Revenue per email, based on store orders.
Which products sold after each email.
Unsubscribes and bounces as plain numbers.
Questions
Is 90 days right for my store?
It is a starting point. If your customers usually reorder every few weeks, make it shorter. If they buy once a year, make it longer.
Will this annoy people?
Three spaced-out emails with something useful in them rarely do. Check unsubscribes in Reports and adjust.
Can I see who is in the win-back group?
Yes. Make a segment like no order in the last 90 days. It updates itself.
