Unsolve is email marketing for online stores, minus the bloat. This page explains why we build it and how we work.
Why Unsolve exists
Email tools kept adding features. Most stores never touch them, but they still pay for them in price, menus and time. A store needs four things: send a good campaign, run a few automatic flows, know who its customers are, and see what sold.
Broad tools try to serve everyone. We serve online stores.
Fewer features means fewer settings to get wrong.
Your time goes to the email, not the tool.
What we build
Four parts. Every plan gets all of them.
Campaigns
Store-ready blocks for products, discount codes and reviews. Templates tested in Gmail, Apple Mail, Outlook and dark mode.
Flows
Welcome, abandoned cart, after purchase and win-back. Triggered by store events within a minute.
Audience
Customers and orders sync from WooCommerce or Shopify. Segments update themselves.
Reports
Revenue per email from real store orders. Unsubscribes and bounces as plain numbers.
What we leave out
We say no to a lot. That is the point.
No tiers. One plan with everything in it.
No feature for every possible business. Only what a store uses.
No dashboards full of numbers you never act on.
The manifesto says it shorter: fewer features, better emails.
How we work
Small and Dutch
Unsolve is a small Dutch company. We keep it small on purpose, so decisions stay quick and the product stays focused.
In the open
